Make It Stand Out

Drawing from my extensive experience as a Merchandising Manager at reputable retailers like Loft and Nordstrom, I transitioned into the role of Director of Retail for a small business comprising eight salon locations. During my tenure, I successfully achieved remarkable results, with the total sales for all salons surpassing four times their initial figures. Additionally, the salons have maintained an impressive average growth rate of 10% per year.

During my tenure as a retail curator, I had the opportunity to introduce a diverse range of brands and products that catered to various demographics, skin types, and individual needs. Below is a list of some of the brands I collaborated with during this period:

  1. LORD JONES - Specializing in organic skincare for sensitive skin.

  2. COOLA - Focusing on sustainable and eco-friendly SPF essentials.

  3. ODACIATÉ - Delivering innovative skincare solutions for all skin types.

  4. KUBRA KAY SKINCARE - Offering inclusive and gender-neutral moisturizers.

  5. LIP INTIMATE CARE - Curating natural and vegan cosmetics for our most intimate areas.

  6. JEWELRY & ACCESSORY LINES - Offering pieces from trendy to classic items, to provide for all customers.

By partnering with these brands and expanding the product assortment, I ensured that the retail department catered to the diverse needs and preferences of our customers.
